About IFP
Integrated Fire Protection, LLC (IFP) was officially founded in 2025 by two seasoned fire protection professionals, Allen Rosa, who recognized a growing need for reliable, accountable, and experience-driven restaurant fire suppression services across New England. In July 2026, the company expanded with additional partners and key leadership joining the team, uniting decades of hands-on experience and technical expertise to deliver the highest standard of service in kitchen fire suppression, kitchen hood and ventilation systems, fire extinguisher sales and service, and emergency light testing.
The leadership team brings over 200 years of combined industry experience, having worked at some of the region’s most respected companies, including Advanced Fire Protection, Allstate Fire Equipment, Hoodco Systems Inc., and Bay State Fire. This collective experience allows IFP to understand the challenges customers face - missed inspections, delayed responses, inconsistent service, and poor communication - and directly address them with professionalism, accountability, and technical excellence. The company’s founders believe fire protection isn’t just a trade, it’s a responsibility. Every system installed, inspected, or serviced protects lives, property, and businesses, and deserves the attention of trained, licensed, and factory-certified professionals.
As of today, Integrated Fire Protection expanded its team to include 10 employees, with five full-time, on-the-road technicians, providing hands-on expertise and rapid response for service calls. The company plans to continue growing over the next 6–12 months, adding additional skilled technicians to support increasing demand. This strategic growth is part of IFP’s vision to become the largest family-owned and operated restaurant fire suppression company in New England.
IFP’s ownership and management team reflects a blend of operational skill, technical mastery, and business acumen:
